What type of artwork do you accept?
We can accept a variety PC file types including: CorelDraw® with all text converted to curves,  EPS files with all text converted to outlines, PDF, high resolution JPG or TIF images. The dimensions for the front are 5.0"x 1.8" and the back dimensions are 5.0" x 1.6".  We can print in full bleed as long as the right and left edges are the same color and mirror images of each other. 
How do you ship the candy bars?
We ship all of our candy bar order via Fed Ex 2nd Day or Fed Ex Overnight delivery.
How do you prevent the chocolate melting during hot temperatures?
Any order shipped during summer months or to any location that has a forecasted temperature of 70 degrees or higher, will be packaged in insulated boxes with frozen gel packs.  An additional fee will apply.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All order must be paid in advance before production is started.  We accept American Express, Discover Card, Master Card or Visa.  We accept company checks with prior approval.
